Unified Technology Solutions

Since 2006, UTS has been meeting technology and business needs for the small business owner. Working locally, within central Arkansas, we strive to provide great support with quick response times. Honesty and integrity are our core values. These values allow us to build strong, trusting relationships with our clients. One of our goals is to grow at a healthy pace instead of just adding new clients to have more clients. As a company, we consider our biggest success to be our long-term clients.

Shawn Wilson

Shawn is our co-founder and owner. Since graduating with a Bachelors in Computer Science in 1993, he has taken on many IT positions in places such as the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the University of Nevada – Las Vegas (UNLV), retail stores, law firms, and more. Along with this, he also worked as an adjunct instructor at ITT Technical Institute from 1999-2006. After owning a couple of other IT startups, he and Keith Francart started this company in 2006 in hopes to bring a better solution to the small businesses around him. He enjoys working with all his clients and helping give them a peace of mind with their technology needs.

Keith Francart

Keith is our co-founder. He served in the US Army and after his service he relocated to Silicon Valley where he became a senior software and hardware engineer and started his managerial career. He was then a producer/director for Electronic Arts (EA). At EA, Keith was directly responsible for the production of more than thirty video games, including Medal of Honor, Tony LaRussa Baseball, NHL Hockey, and Madden Football. Keith holds degrees in a Master of Science in Psychology and a Master of Business Administration.

Jason Brazil

Jason has been with Unified Technology Solutions since 2013 as our Information Technology Manager. After he retired from the US Air Force, he returned to school and obtained an associates degree in computer science from ITT Tech in 2014. He enjoys meeting new people everyday and considers it a blessing. Along with this he likes being given the opportunity to make someone's day brighter by making people laugh and solving problems.

Analisa Wilson

Analisa has been with Unified Technology Solutions since 2022 as our Social Media Specialist. She runs all of our social media and manages our website. Since adding her to the team, we are now offering social media and website services to our clients. She is currently gaining experience as a website designer and learning SEO strategies. While she has only been employed by the company since 2022, she has been involved since the company was created when she was only three years old as her dad, Shawn, is the owner. She graduated with associates in business from Arkansas State University in 2023 and is now attending online classes through the New York Institute of Photography in order to obtain her national photographers license. She enjoys working with her dad and Jason (whom has become like an uncle to her) and in a field that is closer related to her degree.

Brandyn Miller

Brandyn joined Unified Technology Solutions at the end of 2023 as an IT Support Specialist. He graduated from ITT Tech in 2014 earning an associates degree in Network Systems Administration. Although, this is his first time he is putting his degree to professional use, he feels right at home with the same type of client relationships he strives to uphold from his previous profession as an environmental consultant. He says that with this industry constantly changing, he loves learning new things and overcoming each challenge to not stop him from providing the best support our clients deserve.
